Woodland Critters
In the woodlands, far from prying eyes, a Critter Community has thrived for hundreds of years. Critters work together to ensure that there is enough for all the creatures of the woodlands. Once in a generation, a new clan must be chosen to watch over the Woodland for the decades to come
The simulation gives participants a realtime experience of the difficulties of a diverse team, along with the ultimate benefits it brings. Teams start each challenge with a mono-culture composed of a single critter type. In order to win, they’ll need to bring other critters into their clan and grown them into Elders. But it won’t be easy.
Participant Will Learn:
Work fast to change the composition of their team to a fully-diverse set of woodland critters;
Compete in a vibrant talent market for the indemand critters;
Constantly need to ensure equitable pay across their organisation and realise talent will depart if this is not done well;
Learn Diversity, Equity & Inclusion in a metaphorical way that prompts rich discussion about their own organisation’s readiness and maturity with DEI.
