Our Role

Since 2015, we have worked closely with the Deloitte teams to provide adept facilitation to support their professionals stepping into new roles and responsibilities. Recognising their workforce's time constraints and high expectations, we provided smart and savvy facilitation to enhance their leadership development programs. We incorporated a mix of our Experiential Learning Games and Leadership learning  solutions to develop their capabilities as they  progressed in their careers at the firm. 

Our approach ensured that their talented professionals could effectively engage, learn, and thrive in their evolving roles. Each program was delivered with the right mix of practical exercises, activities and intelligent concepts. This lead to the program winning the 2023  AITD award for Best Leadership Program. We are proud of this achievement and this work.
