Strengthen Teams with Interactive Learning Pods

Transform your team with our small group learning pods. These sessions combine group supervision and situational awareness, helping participants excel and bond as a team

What we do

Go beyond group coaching and become a learning organisation with our small group learning pods. Combining the best of group supervision with situational awareness these powerful sessions take all participants further in their professional roles and bring them closer as a group of colleagues. Together they reflect and think out loud testing their ideas and ambitions in a safe space where learning content gets applied.

The learner tips their problems out onto the table and their colleagues turn it over and hold it up to the light. The discussion yields insight and inspiration for everyone not just the owner of the challenge. They get to outsource their sanity and share their wild ideas in a tame setting. The learning is reinforced in a sustainable away. And after a few sessions with us, your leaders take over and keep going. Some of our pod groups from 8 years ago still run today

Have questions?
We’ve got answers.

  • The name 10,000 hours comes from the work of K. Anders Ericsson. He wrote the academic paper that Malcolm Gladwell later popularised in his book Outliers. Ericsson’s study found those at the top of their game, masters of their craft, have no less than ten thousand hours of deliberate practice. The most important part of the insight is the deliberate practice being done. We use deliberate practice in all our work.

  • We love a good old-fashioned chat, we can do this virtual or in person. Contact us here to lock some time in the diary.

  • Get in touch to discuss your specific needs, availability of our team.  Typically there is a 2-6 week time frame from initial brief to delivery. However, we have been known to save a national conference with 5 days notice and fly interstate that night to recover an offsite that needed support.

To that end we undertake group supervision, attend our own study groups and group interest groups. We present papers at academic conferences on complexity and group psychotherapy. We read widely and prepare cases for peer review modelled on medical practice. We subject ourselves and each other to regular critical review and feedback by peers and external specialists.
