Our Role

Since 2018, we have worked closely with the AMP L&D team to design and deliver the AMP Graduate Program. The program is highly interactive and practical developing the capabilities of the AMP Graduates as they begin thier professional careers. The program content includes our popular experiential learning games which simulate real-organisational problems for the graduates to navigate; learning to develop resilience and navigate change; building the right rhythms to manage time and prioritise effectively; presentation skills to communicate and deliver information effectively; tactical and strategic thinking; and personal effectiveness.

In 2022, the AMP Graduate Program was ranked as the #1 Graduate Program in the Banking, Financial Service and Insurance Sector by the AAGE (Australian Associate of Graduate Employers). #winning
