This program captures and conveys everything we have learned in 25 years working in the craft of facilitation. We teach the fundamentals and the flourishes of the finest facilitation skills, by drawing on the theoretical influences and practical experiences from our facilitation team.
Practically, the program is highly participatory. Individuals will work at the edge of their facilitation craft, receiving feedback from our lead facilitators and the group. The program will push individuals to the edge of their competence, supporting and safely challenging them to progress beyond that threshold to new ways of understanding and acting in workshop groups.
