Ken has clocked up ten thousand hours of professional practice more than once. After 18 years of management roles within the Royal Australian Air Force, he indulged his passion for business and successfully launched two professional services firms within the ACT. He is now the founder, chairman and managing director of Cordelta, a leading professional services firm that has been repeatedly identified as one of Australia’s best places to work. Ken is the current Chairman of 10,000 Hours.

Natasha has always loved the commercial craft of sales. From the beginning she has been energized by the possibilities of buyer and seller working together to make good things happen. She has consulted, advised and shaped solutions in executive education and adult learning for more than 10 years, working closely in partnership with small to medium sized through to global enterprises. She has honed her ability to design solutions for individuals, teams and business in Australia and around the world.

Now here as co-founder, the intervening steps have wandered all over the corporate and academic landscape, but with one driving goal in mind: the unrelenting mastery of his craft. Insatiably curious about how people behave, work, and learn in groups, Chris is in the home stretch on a PhD focused on leadership in complex environments.

Electra has been facilitating for more than 15 years, after starting her career in customer service within the retail and financial services sector. Over the last 5 years Electra has delivered a national customer experience rollout for an iconic Australian brand, supporting them to lift their NPS. In addition to this Electra has delivered multiple large scale CX projects partnering closely with clients uplift capability of leadership and frontline teams.

Jenah’s first hour in the craft of sales was working in the transport and logistics sector. She spent many hours honing her sales craft servicing hardnosed warehouse managers and transport managers. Her next role brought her into the field of learning and development working for a national training company. Jenah has been working closely with a broad range of organisations in Australia and globally to consult, design and manage the delivery of learning solutions for individuals and teams across the entire enterprise.

Nakalya has more than a decade of keeping operations running smoothly. Trained in floristry she quickly stepped up from arranging the bridal bouquet to arranging the store, the stock, the team, and the finances. She moved into large-scale logistics before bringing her warmth and organisational skills to our team. Working across our major clients and our internal team of facilitators, she ensures nothing is missed and promises are kept.

She has worked with teams and individuals at every level of business, across multiple industries, in both the private and public sector. Kerri’s workshops are dynamic and practical as she brings concepts to life with practical activities that are underpinned by theory. She motivates learners to self-reflect and create meaningful changes in their behaviours that ultimately help them their teams reach their potential.
